
Business operations managers make a huge amount of money.
Many of them work in Australia’s booming tech sector and have been making that money for years.
But it’s the people who run the business who are the ones who are getting paid less.

But the median pay for those earning between $25,000 and $30 million was just $24,000.
And that figure includes the money paid to managers, who are paid for working the day to day of a business.
“That’s a big gap.
It’s a gap of 10% and it’s going to get bigger,” said Nick Wainwright, the chief executive of the Australian Centre for Independent Business, which compiled the report.”
The average pay at the top of the industry in Australia is $29,400.

In addition to the average wage in regional Australian regions, the council’s data also shows that the median salary for regional managers was $29.2 million.
In the past two years, regional managers have made a profit of $1.8 million.
That is more than the average profit for all workers across the region.
The median annual salary for all regional managers in 2018 was $35,700, which is more $5,400 less than what the average employee makes.
“This is a sector that is facing significant challenges and we need to ensure that our economy continues to grow, but this also means that our communities are being affected, and the businesses that are part of the community are also being affected,” the spokeswoman said.
The spokeswoman said regional pay was expected to grow by 7% to 8% this financial year.
